Load analysis, equipment strategy, and preliminary air distribution are coordinated thoughtfully within the design.

03 — Refine

Preliminary documents are reviewed with the project team.

Feedback is incorporated through coordinated revisions until alignment is achieved.

04 — Document

Final construction documents are issued following review.

Clear, buildable drawings support efficient execution and predictable performance.

When to Engage Us

The most seamless outcomes occur when mechanical design is integrated during early design development—before ceiling heights, chases, and equipment locations are finalized.

Ideally, we are engaged during this phase; however, we understand that projects do not always unfold in a linear way. Regardless of where a project stands—early concept, active documentation, or even during construction—we are glad to step in and provide thoughtful support.
